These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the PhiRM service (“PhiRM”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By creating an account, accessing the service, or using PhiRM in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
1. Service Overview
PhiRM is a document processing service that converts AI-generated or user-provided content into structured output formats, including but not limited to DOCX and PDF.
The service may be accessed through a web interface, browser extension, or other supported integrations and relies on backend processing infrastructure to generate output.
PhiRM is provided as a technical tool to assist users with formatting and document generation. It does not provide professional, legal, or compliance advice.
2. Eligibility and Account
To use PhiRM, you must:
- provide accurate and complete account information
- maintain the security of your login credentials
- use the service in compliance with these Terms
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed through any access tokens, extensions, or integrations linked to your account.
You must not share access credentials in a way that circumvents plan limits, billing rules, or security mechanisms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PhiRM:
- for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
- to bypass or attempt to bypass technical limitations, including credit limits, subscription rules, or IP-based restrictions
- to perform automated or abusive usage that exceeds normal intended use
- to attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- in any way that may harm PhiRM, its infrastructure, or other users
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where misuse or abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
4. Nature of Output
PhiRM processes input that is often generated by AI systems or provided by users.
As such:
- PhiRM does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or correctness of output
- generated documents may contain formatting inconsistencies or content issues
- output may not be suitable for professional, legal, regulatory, or critical use without user verification
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any generated output before relying on it.
5. Service Availability
PhiRM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- interrupted or continuous availability
- absence of errors, bugs, or delays
- compatibility with all environments or workflows
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features, limits, and technical behavior.
6. Billing and Payments
PhiRM may offer paid access through credit packages, subscriptions, or company-based billing.
6.1 Credits
Credits are consumed based on service usage.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- credits are non-refundable once purchased
- credits may expire after a defined validity period
- unused credits may be removed after expiration
6.2 Subscriptions
Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable billing interface.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not retroactively refund previously charged periods, unless required by applicable law.
6.3 Payments and Taxes
Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Paddle.
PhiRM does not store full payment card details.
Applicable taxes, including VAT, may be calculated and collected by the payment provider based on the user’s location and applicable regulations.
7. Company and Managed Accounts
PhiRM may support company or team-based account structures.
Where a user is part of a company-managed account:
- access rights, usage limits, and billing may be controlled at the company level
- company administrators may assign, revoke, or manage user access
- usage may be attributed to the company account rather than the individual user
Users acknowledge that company administrators may manage access within the scope of the service.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PhiRM, including accounts, tokens, sessions, or usage rights, where:
- these Terms are violated
- abuse or suspicious activity is detected
- required payments are not completed
- legal, regulatory, or security concerns require action
Users may stop using the service at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights to the PhiRM service, including software, design, branding, and underlying technology, remain the property of PhiRM or its licensors.
Users retain rights to their own submitted content, subject to the limited rights necessary for PhiRM to process that content for service delivery.
These Terms do not grant users ownership of the PhiRM service or its underlying components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhiRM shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- loss of data, revenue, business, or profits
- damages arising from reliance on generated output
Where liability cannot be excluded, PhiRM’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the service during the period directly related to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for any misuse of the service that results in claims, damages, or costs arising from your actions or violations of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Use of the service is also governed by the PhiRM Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
Slovakia, EU
