Refund Policy

Refund terms for PhiRM purchases.

Back to PhiRM

PhiRM is operated by Rubisca s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia, European Union.

PhiRM sells digital SaaS access, export credits, and subscription plans for creating DOCX and PDF documents from AI chat content. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Refund window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@phirm.eu.

The refund request must include the email address used for the purchase and enough information to identify the order.

2. Export credits

Export credit purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the purchased credits have not been used.

If any credits from the purchased credit package have been used, that credit purchase is not refundable.

3. Subscriptions

Initial subscription purchases are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Subscription renewal payments are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Customers may cancel subscription renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal, but access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Duplicate or mistaken purchases

Duplicate purchases or mistaken purchases may be refunded within 14 days if the purchased credits or subscription access have not been used.

5. Service availability

If PhiRM is unable to provide access to a purchased digital service because of a technical issue on our side, and the issue prevents use of the purchased service, the affected purchase may be refunded within the 14-day refund window.

6. How refunds are processed

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded credits or subscription may be removed.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on Paddle, the card network, and the customer's bank.
